Accompagner la participation de Loisirs & Technique au salon de Pontacq dans le cadre de la Stern Army, avec un objectif triple : renforcer la visibilité des flippers Stern en région, animer un tournoi ouvert au public et créer un moment de rencontre entre passionnés et nouveaux joueurs. - Objective
Support Loisirs & Technique at the Pontacq show as part of a Stern Army activation, with a threefold goal: increase regional visibility for Stern pinball machines, host a public tournament, and create a moment of connection between pinball enthusiasts and newcomers.

Coordination de l’activation Stern Army : branding, communication et respect de l’univers Stern.
Organisation du tournoi : format adapté au public du salon, inscriptions, gestion des scores et remise de prix.
Création des supports visuels : affiches, PLV, signalétique sur place aux couleurs de la Stern Army.
Animation sur stand : initiation pour les débutants, démonstrations, accompagnement du public pour découvrir les machines.
Communication avant et après l’événement : teasing sur les réseaux sociaux, relais sur Pinball Mag, création de contenus sur place (photos, stories, vidéos).
Suivi et reporting : retour d’expérience, retombées en ligne, analyse de la fréquentation et recommandations pour les prochaines opérations locales.
